You can still use 4.70 Rebug, you will also need a 4.76 Spoof. You can switch to DEX by following You must login or register to view this content.guide by Kryptus. You must be on 4.65.2 REX for it to work though, otherwise it won't.

You won't be able to go to DEX if you follow the easy method in the guide I gave you. IDPSet is not compatible with 4.70 Rebug REX so you need to be on 4.65.2 REX for it to work.

so when i switch to dex then i install drex? or i install drex then switch to dex? and do i need drex to play online while on dex?

when i was on rebug 4.70 i switched from cex to dex and it worked but it wouldnt let me sign in online is that because i wasnt on drex 4.70?

No you can switch to DEX on Rebug 4.70 with Rebug Toolbox. I did it and I can go online perfectly fine.

Steps:
1. In Rebug Toolbox, go to Utilities and press Export Flash to File (USB must be plugged into the port on the right. Do not remove it)
2. Dump eid root key (USB still has to be plugged in) (PS3 will restart with 3 beeps)
3. Go back to Rebug Toolbox after reboot, then go to CEX/DEX and press Rewrite Target ID in Flash. You will see a prompt screen about automatic DEX conversion, press Yes.
4. In CEX/DEX press Swap LV2 Kernel and you'll be on DEX.
