nah i dont think so boy..using a wired lan connection is infact MANDATORY for being able to rtm on a dex console via tmapi

u r slightly mistaken dear..ur pc doesnt have to b wired..its ONLY UR PS3 that has got to be connected via lan cable directly to the router !

No the tutorials say that to set it up you need to hook up your ps3 to your pc through ethernet to establish the connection?

not required..u gotta connect it to ur router as well provided both ur PC/PS3 r on the same home network !
