I just need to know how to actually mod the game. Do I copy and paste my game to the HDD and play it modded from there? I'm confused!

GTA IV can't be played from the internal HDD it just black screens so you'll need to copy it to an external HDD and i'm not sure if you can mod the complete edition as i remember reading you need the regular version and to install the DLCs separately. I do know it won't run from Internal though as i have GTA IV and did plenty of research on it when it wouldn't boot and it's one of those games that needs to be on an external HDD to run.

Last question, but could I have your skype for easier way to access you?

So in order for me to mod any game I'd have to put it on my usb first then play it?
