No sorry. You can't get unbanned once your banned on PSN your banned. You can do things to prolong it form happening. Such as using PSNINJA, PSNPATCH for protection etc...

Same happend to me yesterday ugh.. 4 out of my 7 accounts banned...

You'll have to buy a new CID to get back online but since NGU doesn't allow CIDs you'll have to get it from another site
