I've just gotten my new ps3 on ofw 3.55 and I am looking to install rogero 4.55 CEX

now i need to know:

- Is rogero 4.55 the latest custom firmware for phat ps3, and is it best just for RTM and Game backups?
- What homebrew apps Should I install as basics (multiman 4.55, etc)
- What is a spoofer and where can I get one for the firmware im downloading?
- What manager is best for going online with CEX 4.55 (PSNinja, PSNpatch, etc)
- I need some suggestions for CCAPI modding tools for BO2 and GTA5. One of my PSN friends says he's using a mod menu which has 22 other mod menus in the menu itself. Is there a link to that?

A spoofer is what masks your real fimware into the latest ofw. I would recommend you using arch 4.76 , sen enabler poo 4.76
I would recommend Going Rebug cause there is certain problems with Rogero fw
