Yes you can data transfer with no problem. But the OFW dude (lets call it that way) cannot run pkgs. He cant mod all games, because some games (Like GTA V) requires a bypass to play online with mods. Surely you can data transfer with the eboot that contains the bypass, but since its modded eboot he cant run the game anymore.
The only way he can mod GTA V is with DLC.edat mods. Put back originals files with modded dlcs and data transfer he would be able to play the game with modded stuff. Like cars and guns. Some dlcs are csc checked by now so edit the good one.

oh so he won't be able to play backups that sucks.. but thanks alot bro for the reply i understand it more now
