I don't think it does. Just debug tool or build solution. I'm 95% sure it'll still work

Just bulit Soulution and ran it and it just opened the tool without netseal sign in. Any other Suggestions?

Did you add the netseal class?

Did you open the License Panel.exe and add a program then use the program key or whatever right LicenseGlobal.Seal.Intialize(here)

I do not know then. I have only worked with netseal a few times and I remember that it would be underlined in VS like it would result in an error but it would still work.
