Don't you have a antivirus installed on ur computer? Just scan the file it'll let you know what kind of file is that..

By saving the download link is it then scanning or do you mean another way thanks

Ive McAfee internet security installed, it lets me know before downloading that file is infected or not. You should get one to, highly recommended.
