(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hi i formatted my new HDD to fat32 on PC and put it in my ps3 now my problem im having im on some crazy 2.70 update loop. i looked for kmeaw 3.55 cfw and all of them i find are corrupt or it freezes my ps3. i cant find a legit 3.55 ofw update so now im stuck. i had 4.70.1 d rex on my old 160 GB HDD it was working fine even installed gta5 and played online and the second i turned it off to turn it back on an hour later i got the update loop of 2.70 or later my old HDD is fried. so im trying to make this ps3 a Dex system from the start.
how do i start the fix process. my ps3 has been jail broken once before with an e3 flasher by some dude.

Alright I got the update to work I needed a dex ofw 3.55 cfw downgrader so the update went thru now I'm stuck on 3.55 and I trying to update to a dex

I was on habib 4.70.1 d-Rex. Is there a batter dex cfw than that. I want straight dex with a dex of multiman if possible

there is no such thing as habib 4.70.1 drex bro, your either on habib or rebug dex, so which becuase u can possibly brick your ps3 if u install the wrong one

I'm on rebug that's what it was on before this mess 4.70

ok so put that same firmware on the flash put in the right usb port of your ps3 and put the ps3 in Recovery mode and install the firmware

The guy I brought it to to fix the problem I have now told me I had 4.70.1 drex rebug and he said it was straight dex now that it happened 2 weeks later after he fixed it I want to try a fix on my own. Now the problem I'm running into is I'm on 3 .55 rebug and when I try to install a rebug firmware I get an error code everytime is there a way to fix this I want to install 4.75.3 rebug drex but it won't let me.
