Also, can you use CCAPI to rtm online without having a huge risk banned, i understand if you use a homebrew app you will be flagged but connected a RTM using the CCAPI, is that a high risk and will I be flagged?

You can play with mods offline too... You can use an RTM and and if you are host, you can set client mods to troll them. But most menus have more features for clients :p If you RTM on CODs, such as BO2, there is an Antiban so you won't be instantly banned but you can still get CID banned from PSN. You won't be at a large ban risk if you are connected to CCAPI but opening homebrew, you will.

Use psnpatch to disable syscalls, to make your cid last longer lol.
