Are the sliders for making your own cheats worth it? What are their limitations?

like lets say i wanted to mod a game like White Knight Chronicles 2, what could the sliders do exactly?

Is it worth the extra 15$? Ultimate is 15$ so 15$ extra for sliders? or is there more that Professional adds then just the sliders.

Can i still download online saves via Xploder and use it on my system with Ultimate?
