When I changed my system mode from normal to Rebug it only changes my system version to 4.76, but doesn't change the version in the VSH menu on webman is it meant to and When then try to sign in it says error code 80***** you have been signed out of your PSN or system update required

From what I am aware, once you run 4.75 DEX, you'll be able to get online. You do not need spoof, if this is not helping you then try to be a little more clear.

K I got online now I need a free mod menu that works on gta 5 that doesn't reformat my firmware

I recommend to make a thread in the GTA 5 Modding questions for a response for that.
