Access your unit and connect via FileZilla
If you are running Rebug with webman you should be able to access your console by simply entering your ip-adress you can find via system information. Otherwise try downloading multiman to be able to run an ftp service.

Package installation:
You should now be able to access your playstations harddrive, head into "dev_hdd0" then if you have a "packages" folder go ahead and throw all packages in there. Now on your console head to install packages>from hardrive and you should now see the packages there. Now install them in the correct order, go down to your installed games and run the game.

Non-packages installation:
You should now be able to access your Playstation's harddrive, head into "dev_hdd0" then if you have a "GAMES" folder go ahead and throw the game in there.
Now boot up the game via either webman or multiman.

Check your network settings for your PS3 Ip and type it into FileZilla and hit connect.

when i put it in GAMES i get this error on filezilla "Status: Server does not support non-ASCII characters"?

Hmm. Must be a problem with filezilla, try moving some other file and to some other destination.
Otherwise try starting a multiman ftp server or something a like
