You need a jailbroken PS3 in order to do this. There are many places you can get one. You can get one off of eBay or Craigslist. You can also downgrade your own but it is harder to do so. Another thing you can do is get a 3.55 OFW and jailbreak it yourself with a couple files and a USB.
