Sorry that wont work but somebody said go to store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and login to the site with your account, after buying it from the site go to Account Management, then to Transaction Management, last proceed to download list and you will able to download it without going on the psnstore on your jailbreak so try this and then let me know if it works for you.
