Okay I am going to asnwer your question one by one.
1. First: You dont need to sign in to get edat file. Generally the edat file can be found where you download your game. Is there no edat. there's an eboot, that eboot will fix all your problem.
2. 2.1. You can use homebrews (like webMAN MOD, PSN PATCH, PSNinja etc..) to prevent ban, but no matter what you do you will always get banned it is just a matter of time.
2.1.1. To fix your problem with MMCM, delete it and re-install it. (Maybe it will fix the problem).
2.1.2. If the game data.pkg is useless, yes, delete it.

the game for whic i need this banner account stuff is because those dlc are free and sawesome but namco made them available only by onlining and verifying those updates i dont care about ban but i would hope it atlease lets me do my stuff like activate those free dlc and save it once saved it will never ask for confirmation i think around 15 to 25 min access to psn is enough for my stuff how do you use webman mod for safe access o.o
