Try going to a higher firmware since I believe BO3 requires a minimum firmware version of 4.75 to play. I would recommend updating to 4.75.3 D-REX and then trying it.

The error code you are getting means you can't start up a blu-ray game.

I'm on 4.70 Rebug Dex and I used the PSNVersion. If you are using the free version of PSNVersion of BO3, make sure you have the same NPU game, NPU update, and the NPU Fix. If the problem continues, just quote me.

I had to go to 4.75.3D-Rex thts wat i recommend

im on dex,4.75 i have npub 31665,,,if i install the ofw update game works fine if i try eboots and what nott i get the 800xxxerror code...

you need to install youre eboot,
run youre 1.03 pkg update/fix
open up rebug toolbox go all the way to the right and all the way down

change cid to cex 86 or whatever it is labeled as,,,make sure it is cex cex cex cex cex

run game and enjoy
