Try changing your EBOOT and or updating the game.
If that does not work load the game through multiman and you may be prompted with a screen asking to fix an issue so you can load the game.

mm loads backed up games not HDD-based games. Though there is a method to run it through mm, it'd be a lot of hassle.

Are you running the game on the same idps on which you downloaded/activated them on?
