What happens with the apps/games:

GTA 5: Crashes my console (gives me "The system software cannot be run correctly. press ps button to try restarting." in recovery mode.)

BO2: Crashes my console (gives me "The system software cannot be run correctly. press ps button to try restarting." in recovery mode.)

MultiMan: Records for about 10 seconds then freezes

Rebug Toolbox: Records fine, except the videos come out completely blank.

So as you can see, I am having a couple problems here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
