u dont require anything..just use the built-in toolbox to restore ur idps thats it !

you open rebug toolbox,, scroll right all the way,then scroll down,,c
change youre cid to cex not dex,,boom
ONLINE

also why did you only upgrade to 4.70? why not 4.75.3?

Go to furthest tab on the right then last option on the bottom and change that to CEX

Naah bro i think i need to update. i tryed to downgrade and them upgrade to 4.75 rex and d_rex but its not showing the files when i go to system update. and yeah ended up downloading irishman v3.46. and yeah im cid banned.
