Are you on a specific game or homebrew when it freezes

Ps3 Freezing happens typically from these 3 things:
1. Ylod/overheating
2. Bad/failing bluray
3. Application failure

thanks guys and it would freeze if i would be playing a game but it rarely does it but if it does its on a game

Your BD drive is most likely failing. I recommend using IRISMAN hombrew application and I recommend to start playing games from back up on IRISMAN from now on. There are tutorials online on how to run back ups through IRISMAN without a working BD drive.
