(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just bought a 1TB external hard drive, how do I set it up to work with my 4.75.3 Dex PS3?

Just make sure it's either FAT32 or NATFS (I think, I don't know the exact acronym), and put any backups into a GAMES folder in the root, then you should just load Multiman, set boot options to external, then you should be good.
