Check your NP Environment. What is it on?

Not sure why people still use old outdated firmware. Update to Rebug DEX 4.75 and all your headaches will go away.

8071053D - Hard boot the PS3, turn off the PS3 to stand-by, flip off the back switch and completely remove the power cord. Shut off your modem/router, for approx. 5 minutes, then turn the modem back up first and let it sync. Then turn the router back on (if you're using one) and let it sync. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back switch up again. Then make a new network connection
