Is it a new E3 Flasher? Try taking the clamp off and using something else to add pressure. Some people use coins, an eraser, anything they can tape down to get a better contact to the NOR chip.
Let us know if you try something else or find a fix yourself.

2nd hand off ebay, i mean it was working earlier just getting a bad backup then as soon as opened it up to add another coin my problem occurred and now it just wont fix

It should just be how the flasher is sat on the NOR chip.
Have you inspected the connectors on the flasher to make sure there's no damage?
There are a lot of E3 flasher installation videos on YouTube. Might be worth a look.

you just need to give a look of the chip,the are mini transistor,so u need to do :file the clip for get better contact...
and make sure u connect the right side if u connect the wrong side blue light will not show up.
Update your flasher every new downgrade.
