i was wondering how i could get a private CID without having to buy one ?

CIDs are NOT allowed on NGU & unless you have a friend who does sell them and is willing to give you one private CIDs are never free.

You could buy a dead PS3 and rip the CID from it.

Well yeah but that's considering you own an E3 flasher and this user is looking for free so i doubt he would go out and buy a dead PS3 & an E3 flasher to get a CID off of it if he's not willing to pay for a CID in the first place.

He'll just have to find some money to buy a private CID or keep using public ones then.
