1. Boot your ps3 in recovery mode
2. select option "update system"
You will be brought to a screen asking for your current syscall(whatever firmware you have installed)
3. Reinstall your cfw

i tried reinstalling it and it saids no applicable update found

recopy it to usb

i made PS3>UPDATE folder and put the cfw in there and named it PS3UPDAT.PUP and it said no applicable update found
