Sorry there aren't too many people here from the Durham, UK. You may want to check something like eBay for some consoles that may be shipped to you, or you can find a service that you can ship your PS3 to them but there is a chance they may steal the Console ID after flashing it.

Yeah that's why I wanted Local. I think I will just order a 3.55 console from Ebay and do it that way. Probably gonna be easier than messing around. You may close or delete the topic now if you want.
