i would like to know if its possible for example, to download fifa 16 and play online? my system is on D-REX 4.70.1, i already play online with original games, for example gta v and mw3. will it be the same risk? do i need to find a original eboot or something?

No, that shouldn't be a problem. There is no difference between a pirated game and the full version game.
