Yeah what the guy above me said, just use 3.55 dex downgrader. Ita 4.65 to 3.55 dex is fine. I've done it before.

I'd recommend using a 3.55 DEX Downgrader just to be safe.

Back down to 3.55 no. I also used the 3.55 Dex downgrader so I could change my Mac address. One thing to note after installing the Dex downgrader you will most likely have to format your hard drive. (i had to do this on my 500gb hard drive but I didn't want to lose my data and games. So I just used a 80 gb hard drive to get on 3.55 then changed my Mac address. After that I reinstalled 4.75.3 drex rebug firmware on my 500gb hard drive. It worked for me). Some firmware you can install over them any version you wish. (i believe). But to be back on 3.55 you will need to downgrade.

I figured it out, convert to full cex, then dowmgrade to3.55, then toggle qa, then kemwa 3.55, then Rebug 4.75.3 REX
