Now when I open target manager it connects to my PS3

Then when I open the debugger it does the following and never opens :

Now here comes the weird part, even without debugger open I can connect LTS using TMAPI but technically it really isn't working fully because it isn't attached on the debugger. So some settings in the tool works but most don't.

I've been trying to get TMAPI working for about 1 to 2 days now and I've probably watched every video.

I have my PS3 plugged into the Router and My PC Plugged into the Router.
Most tools don't connect but when they do, not all settings work.

Do you have a debug eboot installed?

Yes, on LTS they provide a link to one, I used that link and installed the EBOOT.BIN

Does it matter that I'm on COBRA ?
Also I have to start the debugger after I open the game right ?

It shouldn't matter. And I usually open it before I start gta

Do you use the way I set it up ?

Ethernet cable from PS3 to Router then another from PC to Router ?
