It doesn't matter what firmware you're on you won't be able to sign in until a 4.78 Spoofer is released so just be patient until then.

Just sit tight and wait for a new spoof or CFW... should take a few days but it could take longer

Yes DEX/D-REX firmwares are not affected by the update but all CEX/REX firmwares are.
