Post: PS3 System software could not run correctly. (FIX)

FIRMWARE: Rebug 4.75.3 DEX
DETAILS: Ok what my PS3 was doing was crashing every time I started GTA5 with error system software could not run properly press PS button to restart system or START and SELECT to reinstall firmware. I tried restarting game about 5 times, everything started up fine but as soon as I started GTA5 it would crash at random points before game completely loaded. I then tried reinstalling system software but same results.
FIX: What I finally did to fix the PS3 was deleted some friends/requests don't know exactly how many I had but that seemed to be the problem, I had too many friends/requests.
