I am only using sen enabler and I haven't been console banned yet, but it hides my cfw files like app_home, pkg installer and webman which I don't like lol.

Would psn patch+psninja be as effective but without hiding my cfw xmb files?

While playing online? if so then that makes no sense to have them un-hided unless you want to get banned. Why would you even want these files un-hided while online? If you want to play without those files being hided then disable your internet connection and check full cfw in sen enabler.

I personally use all 3 psn patch psn ninga and Sen enabler. What I do is load up my game through webman or multiman then hit psn patch and disable cfw then use Sen enabler to make sure syscalls are disabled and then delete history then off to psn ninga then I select first 5 options. I did this for 7 months b4 I was banned the first time. On Dex as long as you disable syscalls and delete history your fine. Don't do that eid0 cex spoof Shit it not the best way to get online

Also you could do patch all in sen enabler but instead of selecting Ofw mode just select
Cfw (current) at the bottom. You don't need to have pkg or app_home hidden. I do this every now and then
