I Have rebug 4.76 CEX but i have problem
i activaet SEN Enbler and i set OFW and i cant Install PKG File (i removed the SEN)
what to do ?

Well you basically answered your own question. If you installed OFW over your CFW than your system is no longer jailbroken and you cannot install/run homebrew apps like Sen Enabler. You will need to be on 3.55 OFW or below to jailbreak again sorry.

Just re install Rebug 4.76 CEX from recovery menu to get out of OFW mode, make sure no disc in drive before you start.
