I don't believe there is a way to unban accounts IDs. This is why it is recommended NEVER to use an account with valuables on it. Once it is banned, you can kiss them goodbye forever. Although, I have a friend that had an account unbanned after like 1-2 years now so perhaps in the future you will be unbanned, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

You can unban the CID, however, which is the Console's ID.

That is your first mistake. You should've never used your main account that you spent money on. You should always use a secondary account for modding so that if it gets banned, nothing will happen. There is no way to unban your account.
