I have gta5 that works fine on extenal but i try to put COD on external and it will not play off of it. So what im really asking is why some games can and why some can not!! Does anyone know or have a list of what games can be played off external. Im kinda new to using CFW and external hhd. I have a lot of games i would like to install to external hhd put im not sure what will work and what wont. I get tired of have to switch out disks to play another game. As far as i know u can use any game from external aswel as modz thats how mines set up bud

Well when i install COD on my external it uploads find to the hhd but it will not play off of it. But my gta5 will. I dont know what else to try.

Than your COD game has a bad/incompatible for external hdd eboot.
