Not sure where you got your react from but I believe if you look at the rebug site they have the most up to date version. I've had this exact issue before. Try deleting it and starting from the beginning. There are plenty of YouTube tuts on this.

PSNpatch will probably work better for you..

1. On the root of a fat32 formatted usb flash drive, create a folder named "exdata" (no quotes)
2. Place your .rap/.rif/.edat files inside the "exdata" folder
3. Insert the flash drive into the furthest right most port of the ps3.

4. Download and install You must login or register to view this content. to your ps3
5. Install the csgo.pkg game
6. Once that is finished, open PSNpatch
7. There should be an option to press L1, to install your .rap files
Once that is done you should be able to play the game..

Already tried that it doesnt work it just sais patched raps and edats and doesnt work cs go launches and then it sais an error occured during the start opperation like 30 seconds later
