(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i was using an older fw of rebug for ages cant remember exactly which one, 4.21 maybe? anyway it was super stable never gave me any problems, i had to update to a later FW in order to play fifa 16, since iv started using this the ps3 seems to freeze a couple of times every session i play, last night was the last straw i was playing bops1 with a bunch of people, every single time the game started (private match) my ps3 would freeze totally iv never had any issues with freezing until rebug 4.75, anyone else had any sort of issues like this? can i simply "update" my ps3 to an earlier version? or do i have to update to 3.55 OFW then jailbreak again?

Not sure why you updated to 4.75 for a game because I'm sure I have several games which require a newer version than what I have installed, yet I can bypass that in MultiMAN. Anyway, I believe you need to use a 3.55 Downgrader PUP file, then install 3.55 OFW, then update to a CFW of your choice.
Ensure that you have Toggle QA enabled in Rebug Toolbox and you have no disc in the console before attempting it though.
