I'd say it's safe. I use it a fair bit. Just ensure you're using PSNPatch and PSNinja before going online to use the store. Also, if it asks for you to download a store update before using it, then go ahead and download the store update. I can say it's safe because I've done it myself on Rebug 4.70.1 DEX

ok thank you! and yes i do use PSNpatch and PSNinja before getting online anyways
