try reinstalling it, or downloading a newer version if u can, and id suggest using webman to load games

Maybe you have settings to enable OFW mode on boot and that's why it's not loading

also make sure that you arent CID spoofed before going into homebrew as it wont let you as if the console has been CID spoofed (with PSNPatch CCAPI webman etc) it emulates a OFW ps3 so you wont be able to go into homebrew
