I want to learn what How to Jailbreak without E3 Flasher.(Firmware Jailbreak)(Not Hardware Jailbreak)

You can't jailbreak without downgrading your PS3s firmware to 3.55 using an E3 Flasher to jailbreak it.

Only need a E3 flasher if your downgrading.

If you're using a PHAT/Slim PS3 model that is not running on 3.55 or below firmware. you will need to downgrade in order to jailbreak! If you own a Super Slim PS3 you can't jailbreak nor downgrade.
