(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys iv done everything i can to get this to work but im having problems so iv installed consolecontrol on my ps3 that all works fine then i installed it on my PC and i get an error coming up with 3 options what it could be not working etc like firewall and check if its the right IP and see if iv correctly installed it on my PS3 and PC and i have but i think its something to do with my PC because the ps3 side works but not the PC can someone please help me! btw im using ConsoleControl 2.60. and iv tried 2.60 rev 4.
And i dont know how to check if my firewall is actually blocking it all..

If you have any antivirus, disable them.

The IP in consolecontrol should be the PS3's IP found in system settings>system information.

After installing the consolecontrol pkg file onto your ps3, did you run and install the software? It should also give a trophy notification that ccapi has started when booting the console.

Thats the thing man i dont have any antivirus on the computer im using..
and when i ran the pkg file on the PS3 every time i turn on the PS3 on the top right corner comes up with like consolecontrol 2.60 by enstone or something so i gathered thats all working fine so it has to be something with the computer ? like i got 3 computers here and iv tried them all and doesnt work man?

Once you download the pkg for PS3 grab a USB, plug it into your laptop. Drag the .pkg file of CCAPI on the laptop root. Then, make sure you plug it into your PS3. Go to Package Downloader and go through all the folders. Find the ccapi installation, and click on it to install. Once installed sign out and go into the homebrew. Once it says "ccapi will now install" wait for the small reboot. You're set there, go back to your PC. With the same download, it should bring a PC/PS3 download. Load and Install the PC one, which should now bring you this application of a little Ps3 icon. Go to File and go to make new. Put a random name, and insert your PS3 IP. Then, right click on the IP that tou just created connect it. You should now be connected to both systems.
