There probably is a tool for it but I wouldn't trust any of them. Manually test them to ensure only you know them. People seem to do anything to save a few $s in this community and I know they will definitely want to steal some CIDs :/

You could validate the pattern but the last 8 bytes can only be validated by logging into PSN.
