Well first I would say you need to figure out if it's mm causing the issue. Load the game using another manager to see if issue persists.

My multiMAN is very out of date lol... I need like 6 new mmCM updates overall. I'll check on it later

Well that could be the case depending if your current version supports your CFW. Just go ahead and install the latest here:

Make sure you delete your current version and install this one.
If it still continues then try another manager.

I had this issue and I did find a fix but it does have affects on other things but I havnt had any problems yet with my fix. Go into debug settings and find "boot mode" and change that too Release mode and you're done
