I went into safe mode and rebuilt file system, it completed fine then when it restarted it wanted to rebuild again, then i get the instant freeze.

I hope I'm not bricked..

Can I re-install my current CFW from the safe mode menu? If so will that delete all my CFW content?

Yes you should be able to re-install your CFW from the Recovery Menu and no it won't erase any CFW content you have so give that a try and see what happens
