Don't try to mod on 3.55, you just jailbreak from there. Follow a tutorial.

Any CFW is a jailbreak. CEX or DEX. Both are jailbreaks. You should'nt stay on 3.55. Follow a 3.55 jailbreaking tutorial.

I would help you but im at school, there is some really good tutorials on youtube though. And i recommend Rebug or PS3ITA dex if your having trouble making a decision.
Im on 4.50 ITA and i dont really have issues other than i cant update GTA V.
