if not tell me how to fix that. i am on rebug 4.78

Its your CID its not banned it might be invalid that's what happened few days ago when i bought a new CID from a guy it was invalid then he provided me with the right one.

Was this right after a DEX conversion?

It is invalid CID error

Open rebug toolbox, furthest column on the right and change active PS3id to yes (CEX) and/or change the beginning digits of your CID from 000000010082000to 000000010084000

i already try rebugtoolbox nad it didnt work. 82 to 84 i dont have this valeurs in my cid
