Well you can't really unless the system boots and you use data transfer option.

Well cant i just transfer the data to pc then to another hardrive and slip that one in the new ps3 or cloner??

No, because I'm pretty sure you can't get PS3 HDD data from a PC cause it's encrypted and complicated.

Ive talk to another who does the ps3 and other stuff for a living and he clones the stuff. I mean idk i want my stuff fixed or buy a new one in my area uhhhhhhh lol

Hmm one more. Do i need to heat the things where u put the thermal paste at or do i remove paste then do it?

I don't believe you are using the correct vocabulary but either way I can't help you there. I specialize in PS3 software and not so much hardware.
