Honestly there's really no difference between CEX and DEX besides one letter. Most people prefer DEX as it's preferred for most GTA V menu makers and that sort of thing.

Well yes if you wanted to go all "Encyclopedia of modding" about it then yes those are the things that seperate CEX and DEX but to "joe everyman" if they switch from CEX to DEX they're not going to really notice any of that. By the way you didn't have to call me out in your post i really don't appreciate that.

Yeah besides switching EBOOTS and some DEX only tools the average user isn't going to know about most the stuff you posted or care really as long as everything functions relatively the same they're not going to give a shit but i get what you're saying.
