Yes go into the DEBUG settings and change the Environment to np then restart your PS3 and hopefully that solves your issue.

Ok I have safe mode then restored everything, went with rebug 4.75.3 everything is set right but it just wont connect to psn during test. I am lost if anyone has seen this and can help that would be amazing kik is Jamies941

you probably have to reset your console id if everything but psn fails

Also make sure you change your CID using CCAPI from "000000010082000" to "000000010084000". That should fix your issue.
